The Roadmaster 4000-1 is a second vehicle kit for the Roadmaster Guardian rock shield. If you tow more than one vehicle, this kit provides the mounting hardware needed to set up a second towed vehicle so you can move the Guardian from one vehicle to the other.

  • Keep it close to level. Tow bar makers specify how far the motorhome hitch and the base plate connection can be apart in height — use a rise or drop receiver to bring them in range (see your tow bar’s instructions).
  • Check base plate compatibility. Different brands connect differently; mixing brands requires the right adapter.
