Product Description
The Roadmaster 751480 is a brake light switch kit (stoplight switch) that connects a motorhome brake monitor directly to the towed vehicle's brake light circuit. With it installed, the monitor turns on when the towed vehicle's brake pedal is depressed and off when it's released, so you always know what the supplemental braking system is doing.
A kit like this is needed when the towed vehicle's factory brake light switch doesn't work for monitoring while the vehicle is in tow mode. It works with Roadmaster InvisiBrake, BrakeMaster, Even Brake and 9700 motorhome monitors, and Roadmaster makes these kits for specific vehicle applications.

- Roadmaster InvisiBrake, BrakeMaster, Even Brake and 9700 motorhome monitors

Pro tipSupplemental braking: what to know
- Often required by law. Most U.S. states and Canadian provinces require brakes on a towed vehicle above a certain weight, and towing equipment makers generally expect one.
- Match your motorhome. Some systems are designed for coaches with air brakes and others for hydraulic brakes — check which your RV has.
- Portable vs. permanently installed. Portable units move between cars; installed systems are quicker to hook up day to day.
