Product Description
The Roadmaster 751463 is a brake light switch kit (stoplight switch) used to connect a motorhome brake monitor to the towed vehicle's brake pedal. It mounts an auxiliary brake light switch at the brake pedal so the monitor in the motorhome is alerted whenever the towed vehicle's brake pedal is applied by the supplemental braking system.
A kit like this is needed when the towed vehicle's factory brake light switch doesn't work for monitoring while the vehicle is in tow mode. Roadmaster stoplight switch kits work with InvisiBrake, BrakeMaster and Even Brake monitors, and Roadmaster makes them for specific vehicle applications.

Pro tipSupplemental braking: what to know
- Often required by law. Most U.S. states and Canadian provinces require brakes on a towed vehicle above a certain weight, and towing equipment makers generally expect one.
- Match your motorhome. Some systems are designed for coaches with air brakes and others for hydraulic brakes — check which your RV has.
- Portable vs. permanently installed. Portable units move between cars; installed systems are quicker to hook up day to day.
