Product Description
The Roadmaster 200200-20 is a replacement breakaway pin and ring for the Roadmaster 650898 breakaway switch. The pin plugs into the breakaway switch on the towed vehicle and is tied to the motorhome with a breakaway cable. If the towed vehicle separates from the motorhome, the pin pulls free and the switch activates the supplemental braking system.
The pin is attached to a plated steel ring, and the plug includes a water-resistant O-ring seal to help keep moisture out of the switch. Replace a pin that is lost, bent or no longer seats snugly.

Pro tipSupplemental braking: what to know
- Often required by law. Most U.S. states and Canadian provinces require brakes on a towed vehicle above a certain weight, and towing equipment makers generally expect one.
- Match your motorhome. Some systems are designed for coaches with air brakes and others for hydraulic brakes — check which your RV has.
- Portable vs. permanently installed. Portable units move between cars; installed systems are quicker to hook up day to day.
