Product Description
The Demco SB40716M is a complete 10-inch hydraulic drum brake assembly for the left side of a trailer axle rated up to 3,500 lbs. It's a free-backing design: the shoes are built to release when the trailer rolls backward, which minimizes brake drag when backing up a trailer with surge brakes. The assembly is built for wet use, with a hot-dipped galvanized backing plate, stainless steel spring hardware, a plated wheel cylinder and riveted marine brake shoes, making it a good fit for boat trailers.
This listing is for one left-side assembly. Order the matching right-side assembly (SB40715M) to do both ends of an axle.
