Product Description
The Demco 9519334 is a base plate for flat towing a Jeep Compass behind a motorhome. The base plate bolts permanently to the vehicle's chassis and is concealed behind the front bumper opening, giving your tow bar a solid, vehicle-specific connection point with a clean look when you're not towing.
Safety cable hooks are included. Plan on about 3 hours for installation.

- Match year, make, model and trim. Base plates are vehicle-specific, and trims with adaptive cruise, front sensors or a different bumper often need a different plate.
- Confirm your vehicle can be flat towed. Check the “recreational towing” section of the owner’s manual — not every car, transmission or drivetrain can be towed four-down.
- Mixing brands needs an adapter. Base plate and tow bar brands use different connection styles (for example, a Blue Ox base plate with a Roadmaster tow bar). We’ll tell you exactly which adapter you need.
