A base plate mounts to the towed vehicle's frame behind the front bumper and gives a motorhome-mounted tow bar a strong, vehicle-specific attachment point for flat towing. With the EZ5 design, the tow bar attaches directly to the base plate's removable tabs, so no crossbar is needed, and the tabs come off when you're not towing.

To complete a flat-towing setup, pair the base plate with a compatible tow bar, safety cables, a towed-vehicle wiring kit and a supplemental braking system. Always confirm in your owner's manual that your vehicle can be flat towed and follow its towing procedure.

Compatibility

2022–2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer (with tow hooks)

Fitment can vary by trim, bumper and options.
