It mounts beside the trailer tongue (right-hand side) and connects between a sway ball on the hitch side and a ball plate on the trailer tongue. As the trailer tries to swing, the bar's dual friction brake pads resist the movement, helping reduce sway caused by wind and passing trucks.

The friction is adjustable with the handle, and the bar attaches with socket and spring clip connectors so it can be removed quickly for storage.

Compatibility

Travel trailers with a ball-type hitch

Mounts on the right-hand side of the trailer tongue

Your ball mount or weight distribution head needs a mounting point for the sway ball.
